The area most known for this production is the southern Central Highlands region. Robusta beans are known by their name because they are full bodied, robust beans with a higher caffeine content than Arabica. Robusta beans contain generally 265.00 mg per 8.00 fl. oz cup which is extremely high! Most Robusta beans are bought for their high caffeine content and the crema!
