PRODUCT FEATURE The Standard-Z Cap is our entry level audiophile capacitor. It positions higher in our capacitor hierarchy above the Cross Cap, but below the Superior Z-cap. It is a single foil standard type MKP capacitor that uses the highest possible quality aluminum based metalized PP foil. It uses the same foil as our Superior- and Silver Z-caps, but in this application as a single foil capacitor (single capacitor per housing). The Superior – and Silver Z-caps are double foil (“Super MKP”) constructions where two capacitors are essentially wound together within one housing. A capacitor that offers great sound and performance within its class.
